From April 26 to 28, 2026 (local time), the 12th International PetroCem Cement Conference was held at the Hotel Astoria in Saint Petersburg, Russia. Co-organized by the Russian journal Cement and Its Applications (JCement) and the PetroCem Organizing Committee, this event is an authoritative professional summit for the cement industry across Russia and the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS).

        Centering on the theme of technological upgrading and sustainable development of Russia’s cement industry in the post-pandemic era, the conference gathered over 300 industry representatives from Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan and other countries, covering the entire industrial chain including cement production, EPC general contracting, equipment manufacturing and technical services.

        As a professional supplier of wear-resistant new materials in China, T-Beyond (Shanghai) New Materials Co., LTD. (T-Beyond) showcased a full-range wear-resistant solution for cement production at Booth 37. Through physical sample display, technical parameter explanation and application case sharing, the Company fully demonstrated its complete product system and technical capabilities to participating clients.

        1. Exhibition Overview

        The conference proceeded strictly in accordance with the official schedule: a welcome reception was hosted at the Hotel Astoria at 19:00 on April 26; keynote speeches and technical sub-forums were held on April 27–28; and the conference concluded with a gala dinner on the evening of April 28.

        CEMROS, Russia’s largest cement manufacturer, served as the official partner of the conference, while the Russian Cement Union participated throughout as a core supporting organization.

        The forum conducted in-depth discussions on global cement market trends, domestic capacity optimization in Russia, equipment import substitution, innovation of wear-resistant material technology, and green low-carbon production. It further affirmed that high-reliability and long-service-life wear-resistant accessories play a pivotal role in helping cement enterprises reduce costs and improve efficiency.

        2. Customer Exchange

        During the exhibition, the Company’s booth received batches of professional visitors, mainly including technical directors and procurement managers of local Russian cement plants, large EPC contractors and regional equipment distributors.

Attendees included the technical and procurement team of CEMROS (official partner of the conference), Sinoma Russia,         Novorosscement, Volga Cement and other key industry enterprises.

        Focusing on common concerns such as service life of wear-resistant parts, downtime maintenance costs and grinding efficiency, our technical team tailored targeted wear-resistant solutions for clients based on actual production line working conditions (raw material hardness, mill model, production capacity parameters, etc.), elaborating on material characteristics, manufacturing processes and practical application data of corresponding products.After inspecting physical samples and reviewing technical documents, many clients spoke highly of the processing precision and quality control of our products, and expressed preliminary intentions for future cooperation.

        3. Exhibited Product Introduction

At the conference, the Company displayed four core product series, fully covering key wear links in the cement production process including crushing, grinding and slurry transportation:

• Slurry Pump & Wearing Parts Series: Silicon carbide (SiC) slurry pumps, pump bodies and SiC impellers. Specially developed for high-wear and highly corrosive working conditions of cement slurry transportation, the SiC impeller is officially marked with a service life 400% longer than traditional metal impellers.
  
  
• Grinding System Accessories Series: 20% chromium triangular grinding balls, general high-chromium grinding media and various specifications of ball mill liners.
  
  
• Crusher Wear Parts Series: Crusher hammers, HSI impact crusher blow bars, cone crusher liners (MN18 high manganese steel) and jaw crusher jaw plates.
  
  
•  Vertical Mill Wear Parts Series: ATOX vertical mill liners, VRM roller sleeves, ceramic composite wear-resistant parts, vertical mill roller clamps and roller assemblies.
  
  

        4. Exhibition Achievements

        In-depth technical docking was conducted with numerous participating enterprises during the event. Preliminary supply consensus was reached with 3 local Russian cement plants, covering core products such as triangular grinding balls and vertical mill roller sleeves.

        Follow-up communication channels were established with 8 enterprises, with intended cooperation covering slurry pump wearing parts, crusher wear parts and ceramic composite wear-resistant products. In addition, initial negotiations were carried out with 4 regional distributors covering European Russia and Siberia, laying a solid foundation for improving the local sales network.

        This participation marks an important step for the Company to expand markets in Russia and CIS countries.
